As a Direct Support Staff member, you will provide non-medical in-home support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. Your role is to promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with daily routines
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Respite support for families
• Personal support assistance

• Compassionate and patient attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass background screening
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
